Your tasks
Your main task is to lead our Mexican subsidiary in Queretaro and our team of dynamic and motivated professionals for ensuring regular communication of business performance against objectives. You are responsible for all Mexican business operations including overall sales results against targets for Mexico. Furthermore, you will sell our complex, advice-intensive products and serve our qualified high-end clients.
We offer a demanding position with high responsibility, a performance-oriented compensation, and support from a worldwide leader in the milling industry.
Location: Near Queretaro, Mexico
Your profile
- Technical background and expertise primarily in the tool holding, cutting tool and / or machine tool industry
- Proven success in sales in the above mentioned field
- The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and a customer service orientation
- Managerial responsibility
- P&L responsibility
- Outgoing personality, good communication skills and a self-confident manner at the customer
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Willingness for high volume travel
